Shipping Policy

In keeping with our customer promise, only U.S. delivery addresses are served. Standard delivery is complimentary for all orders in that market and includes post-dispatch tracking information.

In plain terms, fulfillment is generally completed within 1-2 business days, apart from weekends and U.S. public holidays. Once shipped, an order typically spends 4-6 business days in transit.

For consistent order handling, quoted timing may be affected by severe weather, carrier disruption, seasonal volume, an address exception, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

From a customer-service perspective, orders that have not shipped may be cancelled; once shipped, they fall under the Refund Policy. Applicable law determines all tax charges.
